Account Manager - Computer Services

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an innovative and exciting IT Solutions Company. You will sell the company’s portfolio of professional services in a new business capacity to the SMB market place.

Your main role will be to identify needs and opportunities for professional services. In addition you role will include:

  • Responsible for sales to existing clients and developing a new customer base.
  • Carry out client site surveys and provide quotations for support and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure that annual renewals of IT support and maintenance contracts are reviewed and updated.
  • Co-ordinate and provide project management for professional service requests.
  • Liaise with service and support engineers to ensure quality of service.
  • Ensure managed service contracts meet SLA’s.
  • Communicate consistently with customers throughout the contract life cycle.
  • To grow the client account, by engaging with key stakeholders and promoting the company’s professional services.

The Company

Established in 1995, Shift F7 is an established IT Solutions Reseller. The company has an excellent “customer retention” rate. A large number of these are established enterprises within their own industries. We are looking to expand our sales team and can offer prospective candidates a good working environment.

Key Experience Required

An enthusiastic and ambitious individual with IT sales skills is required.

Excellent sales skills and at least 2-3 years experience in selling IT services and contracts.

The Sales Executive must have the ability to structure deals around the client’s requirements.

A dynamic self-starter with a proactive approach.
